If you believe your package was not delivered or has gone missing, FedEx can help by performing a complete investigation to locate the package. If you have not received your package even though the tracking information confirms the package has been delivered to the specified address, please check the premises thoroughly. Allow 24 hours to check with members of the household and neighbors in case they made have intercepted the package on your behalf.

Once the package is deemed missing, please give Christy Sports Customer Service a call so we can open an investigation with FedEx. Once the investigation is open, the FedEx search process usually takes five to seven business days. We do not replace or reimburse product(s) until the investigation is closed. This process must be initiated within 30 days of delivery notification.
