Can I buy something online and pick it up in a store?


  • Christy Sports is currently not able to offer offer Buy Online and Pick-Up In-Store service but we are actively working on enabling this feature and other similar capabilities in the near-future.


What types of payment do you take?

  • Christy Sports accepts all major US and Canadian credit cards, PayPayl and Apple Pay. Christy Sports does not accept international credit cards for online orders. The Christy Sports website is unable to redeem gift cards towards online purchases at this time but we hope to enable this functionality soon.


Why was my order processing delayed?


  • We make every effort to ship orders within 3 business days of the order date. However, to offer such an extensive line of products from the best brands, we include items for sale on our website from locations that are a bit off the beaten path. If you order one of those items, it may take us a few extra days to retrieve your items, and then get them on the way to you.


Do you price match?

  • Yes, if you find a lower advertised price on the same product, we'll match it. To qualify, please confirm all of the following requirements are met:


  1. The item must be available for immediate purchase at the other retailer at the time of the Price Match.
  2. The item must be for the exact same brand and the exact same season (down to the size & color).
  3. Any additional costs for shipping from the other retailer will be considered in the price match decision.
  4. Once the above criteria is met, please contact and be sure to include a link to the item on the other retailer's website and we will be in touch with you to confirm the price match and proceed with your order.

*Christy Sports is unable to price match Amazon or eBay.


Will I be charged sales tax?


  • Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Washington addresses due to our physical retail presence in these states.


When will my payment be processed?


  • Your credit card or PayPal payment will be charged the day your order ships. Gift Cards will redeem immediately when the order is placed for security purposes.


Can I change my order before it's shipped?


  • Unfortunately we cannot amend orders or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If you need to change your delivery address, we can cancel your current order and a new order will need to be placed.


Can I cancel my order?


  • Yes, if your order has not shipped we can still cancel it. Once cancelled, the voided authorization will automatically drop off your account within 1-5 business days depending on your banking institution. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 888.413.6966



If the price drops after I buy something, can I get a refund?


  • Yes, if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase, we'll honor the price difference in the form of a refund back to your account.
